You gaze longingly at the various styles and furnishings you see gracing the magazine’s pages. A quick look up from your magazine assures you that your own modest home hasn’t changed somehow into one of those lovely country homes you were just looking at.

A heavy sigh passes your lips at this realization and you go back to gazing at the magazine spread. You had never thought that you were a person who could stand the whole country home decor style but now upon reflection you think you just might be able to.

Now without your even realising it, you find yourself marking the pages that intrigue you the most, making small maths calculations on how best to create the same effect but on the smaller budget that you have at your disposal. After all, it just wouldn’t do to spring for that lovely Welsh dresser and have to go without your freshly ground whole bean coffee, would it?

What about exchanging your snazzy blinds for something that’s a bit more in the country home decor style, and while you’re about it perhaps you could even swap that ugly lampshade you got as a Christmas gift for something a little more country.

The only thing that is left for you to do now is to lie back and enjoy the fruits of your labours and gaze with beaming pride upon your newly redecorated home. Some people think that the aura that is sometimes seen during a migraine headache is caused by the constriction of blood vessels that became dilated during the beginning phase of the migraine headache.

Another theory about the reason for migraine headaches has been linked to genetics and inheritance. These theories say that a child of migraine sufferers will have a 50% probability of getting migraine headaches too.

The probability of inheriting migraine headaches become even greater if both parents are known to suffer from this painful type of headache. Should both parents be known to have frequent migraine headaches the chances of the child inheriting migraine headache symptoms is about 70%.

Now even though many professionals think that genetics plays a large part in migraine headaches the genes that may be considered as the causes of migraine headaches have not been identified or even isolated. When we begin to experience migraine headaches the only warning signs that we may receive are a throbbing pain in the temple area and slight nausea.

As the symptoms of the migraine progresses, the pain becomes much more severe. Unfortunately, since the causes of migraine headaches have yet to be found and we dont know what triggers these attacks, there are no medications to cure this kind of headaches yet.

Develop Persistence

1. A written purpose is a must along with a burning desire to obtain it.

2. How will you make it happen? Write a plan of action and what you need to make it a reality.

3. Watch your self talk. Negative self talk causes a lot of damage. Get rid of all negativity and discouraging influences in your life.

4. Develop a group of people who will encourage you but also hold you accountable to follow through on your actions.

Winston Churchill uttered this immortal words over 60 years ago that are still applicable today: “Never give in–never, never, never, never, in nothing great or small, large or petty, never give in except to convictions of honor and good sense. Never yielded to force; never yielded to the apparently overwhelming might of the enemy.”

Stay focused and belief strongly in yourself and your goals. Etch your goals in stone but your plans in sand. Make adjustments in your plans to obtain your goal when necessary.

Overcoming struggles, problems and barriers will take you down the road of greatness but only if you embrace persistence as your success partner.
