Stop The Embarrassment You Get When You Over Sweat

by Alan Baker

We’ve all been there when we have to float a little stink bomb, but we are in the middle of a small crowd. We slink off away from the red zone and hope some unwitting victim takes the blame. We then have a little chuckle and go about our business with no one being the wiser. It’s not as easy to conceal our embarrassment when it comes to sweating excessively. People with sweating problems know first hand that having areas of your clothes with stains and the odors that accompany over-sweating are very hard to conceal.

The science of stopping sweating has been around for a long time. There’s been many remedies that have been tried over the years to combat the problems associated with sweating that have worked to a certain extent, but tend to make a bad situation worse in most instances. We increasingly have relied on chemicals over the years to try and cure something that is a natural process of our bodies. Not to mention the fact that a lot of the remedies that people employ to stop sweating end up ruining our clothes in the process.

Our bodies are remarkable in their ability to adapt to changing environments, and one thing that can actually happen because of the chemicals in our lives is the build up of allergies. Because many over the counter products that are used in deodorants and antiperspirants contain chemical agents that are not naturally occurring, our bodies can react in averse ways. Some that end up suffering from allergic reactions to chemicals that are in artificial sweating remedies can suffer long term damage to their internal organs from constant exposure to agents the body rejects as foreign.

Many products used to combat sweating can have a nasty odor to them, especially when mixed with odors that are caused by heavy sweating. There are some that mistakenly bathe themselves heavily in perfumed based products to try and cover up their own smell, creating a chemical time bomb that can chase anyone out of the area around them. No one wants to be the butt of others jokes with regards to poor hygiene or smells, but quite often they think dousing themselves in artificial perfumes or deodorants makes them smell better, when in fact it makes it worse.

Impact on the environment has become a concern for many lately, and many products you get to control sweating, are not environmentally friendly. When they are discarded and sitting in landfills, they break down and their chemicals seep into the water table causing problems. People that are conscientious of these issues tend to suffer to avoid dealing with these matters. Tending more to try and find options that are natural remedies to control sweating, to benefit themselves as well as the natural world.

It makes sense for people that have problems with artificial remedies for controlling sweating would seek out natural cures. Sweating of course is a natural function of our bodies which we need to function normally. But trying to cover up the side effects of sweating using means which are unnatural can have unintended side effects. There are many methods that one can use from the natural world to help stop sweating and we will further explore those in upcoming installments.

Finally, while excessive sweating plagues many people and creates embarrassing situations, there is hope. Natural remedies for sweating problems exist that can help them feel more confident when in social situations where they may be over nervous and lose control and hyperhydrosis sets in. Using natural methods can benefit not only them but the natural world as well.
