Bleeding hemroids-why do they occur?

Generally, bleeding hemroids occur inside your anal tract. As such these are generally known as bleeding internal hemroids. These are caused due to too much strain and abrasion in your anal tract and can be aggravated if you do not treat them immediately. The condition arises when the veins inside the anal tract get enlarged. Now this enlarging of the veins occur due to the clotting of blood inside the blood vessel leading to a condition called the varicose veins. These veins then, on getting engorged bulge and swell dangerously.

However, for bleeding to occur, these veins have to get cut or damaged so that they ooze blood. You will notice that your stool is streaked with blood whenever you excrete. As soon as you see this condition then you must rush to your physician and get yourself treated. Usually, the bleeding also occurs due to some crack or fissure formation in the walls of your anus which is equal to these veins bursting externally. However, if your physician is unable to find any such fissure or reason to bleed then you should get a check up pertaining to the cause of bleeding as something more serious like colon cancer may be the reason.

Bleeding hemroids- indications

It’s quite obvious that bleeding hemroids are indicated by blood coming out of the excretory tract. Bright red in color and quite fresh the blood that comes out should be. There is an infection deep within the anal tract if you notice that the blood has a very dark color. Hemroids then would be an unlikely cause of your bleeding.

Among hemroid patients though, bleeding is common and if the blood loss is severe enough, can actually cause anemia. However, these are very aggravated indications whereas usually you bleed only little from hemroids.

Whenever you notice bleeding from your anus, it would be a good move to check if it’s is a bleeding hemroid and do what is necessary. Bleeding hemroids can best be avoided by adopting a healthy eating regimen and a good balanced diet.

This dietary supplement comes in a powder form that you mix with water. It is easy to find and not at all expensive. Flax seeds are also very high in fiber.

Extra to the little habit changes in your diet, you can also eat compounds known as bioflavonoids. They help your anal canal walls by making them stronger and helping at reducing the inflammation. You can find this natural compounds in citric fruits.
