I Should Have Such a Problem!

Over the past year I have developed more online friendships than in the previous three all put together. While I don’t presume to say that I truly know any of them, I am coming to know them as well as can be expected without meeting face to face.

Between interacting on Skype, on teleseminars and on webinars, we hear one another’s voices. This means we can catch the tone, sense the excitement or suspect the insincerity (yes, it happens). And the camaraderie and support I have received from individuals, both whom I can name and those I cannot, has been invaluable. I would love to participate in a live event where we were all able to gather and interact face to face.

Once weekly a few dozen of us gather to brainstorm and share our biggest immediate challenge. To show how thorough these discussions go, I had to leave the room for several minutes, when I left someone had brought up the subject of offshore merchant accounts. It seems her credit card processor temporarily shut down her account when a product launch suddenly went viral on her and she had too many transactions. I returned to the discussion sometime later and by then they had outlined an action plan and offered alternative solutions.

That kind of interaction and support is worth its weight in gold!
