Lost Parody

As If the award winning show Lost wasn’t enough to enthrall and excite the viewers, Fine Brothers i.e. Ben Fine and Rafi Fine came up with a brilliant spoof on the show as Lost Parody wherein they mock and snap at the actors/characters from the original show.

The characters, the episodes, the plot and the concept or rather everything about it is appealing to the audience. As if to say that “Are you satisfied, because we are nothere’s something more for you” the Fine brothers came up with another card up their sleeve. They brought about a spoof of a lifetime to enthrall the audiences further. Lost Parody is a spoof of the show where the actors mock at the original characters from the show.

When it was started it was called “Lost: What Will Happen Next”, but with the constant increase in its popularity, it came to be endearingly known as Lost Parody and the Fine Brothers are not in the least sorry for it, because their ultimate aim of delighting the viewers is achieved.

So what if a few concepts of Lost and the techniques of production are ripped off in the process?? Everything is fair unless copyright and other IPR issues are involved, which doesn’t seem to be happening. In fact, ABC is so inspired (read: envious) of the success of Parody on Lost, that it came up with an in house spoof on the same by the name of Lost: Untangled which did amuse the fans but not upto the level of Parody on Lost.

Owing to its huge success tons of websites have been created to satisfy the curiosity of new audiences and its loyal fans. According to surveys the most popular and the most visited website for the Lost series is www.lost-tv-show.com.

You simply can’t imagine the confusion that ensued when Captain Jack Sparrow (yeah, The POC fame) landed on the mysterious island of Lost and shared it with our very own Dr. Jack Shepherd, the protagonist in this mysterious tale combining past, present and future.

The sixth season is expected to come in 2010 and the audiences and fans are waiting alike for it to start. The audiences are waiting for the Lost Parody for the next season too, I am sure.
